Cancellations

At The One Hut, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel an order. We aim to be as flexible as possible with cancellations.

  • Cancellation Before Shipment: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund immediately.
  • Cancellation After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, please wait for it to arrive and then follow our return process.

How to Cancel Your Order:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to your order history and select the order you wish to cancel.
  3. If the order is eligible for cancellation, you will see a ‘Cancel Order’ button.
  4. Click on ‘Cancel Order’ and confirm your cancellation.

Refunds

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, here is how we can process a refund:

  • Refund After Cancellation: If you cancel an order before shipment, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 24 hours.
  • Refund After Return: If you have returned an item, your refund will be processed once our team confirms receipt and inspects the item. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Refund Method:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. If the payment was made using cash on delivery, we will contact you to arrange a refund method that works for you.

Non-refundable Items: Please note that certain items are not eligible for cancellation or refund, such as:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Digital products or services
  • Perishable goods
